Fantasy is not just for children

Fantasy is not just for children…

For me, freedom to live in the fantastic is what fantasy stories are all about. They are places where readers of all ages get to play. Stories of any fantasy genre should in some way mirror the fantastic aspirations of the reader. As the author, I see each story as an inner and outer journey for both character and page turner alike, one of an unbridled mind where the rules can change with each new discovery. Like a growing coral reef, every crevice, bend, shadow and brilliant twist of events can turn out to be something more surprising than the reader can have possibly imagined. This is where the Citadel 7 superverse thrives and where characters high and low shape its evolution. Yuan Jur

Dead Out of Time - Winter 1978. From his teens Allan Francis always stood in a doorway between the living and something else. Now his dead jailbird brother Kev haunts him day and night, blaming him for what happened.

An urban legend warns; Never have the misfortune to get lost on your way, for if the sandman finds you, you’ll never see another sunny day. To find the answers he seeks, Allan steps into a macabre struggle across two worlds. It’s a fight that threatens his very existence, and the lives of many stranded in a town beyond time.
